The only cost for book lovers is when you make a purchase. It's just like going to your favorite brick-and-mortar bookstore (but better)! You walk in, browse around, select a few books to purchase, socialize if you're in the mood, then check out.

But book lovers, be warned: We absolutely hope you discover gems you weren't expecting to find. If you're an avid reader, you already know what that's like. You go into a bookstore for one book and walk out with that title, plus three others. Then you immerse yourself in the world of the storyteller. Ahhh!

As a future enhancement, we will introduce a Book Lovers Package. Membership benefits will include:

BevyWorld was first inspired with authors in mind.

You've written your heart out, and we wanted to develop solutions for some of your biggest challenges, like visibility and engaging with readers.  In BevyWorld, you are accessible to book lovers. That means you can:

• Promote your titles on a platform that engages readers
• Interact with readers before, during, and after your book is published
• Host events like book launches, book discussions, and focus groups

We also want to help you take ownership of your writing career. A BevyWorld membership allows you to: 

• Set up and manage author booths to promote your brand and offer products and services
• Find collaborators for your next project
• Leverage the strength in author numbers
• Access resources and tools to develop professionally

After our official launch (Summer/Fall 2024), author packages range from $15 per month to $40 per month.

We designed our packages to suit specific needs. Whether you're an author with one title, multiple titles, or an author who also sells products or services (e.g., courses , coaching, etc.), we think you'll be excited about your options and you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

Absolutely not. Your only cost to BevyWorld is your monthly membership fee and any add-on services you select. 

Once you select and purchase a package, a BevyWorld tour guide will contact you to schedule your onboarding. The tour guide will set up your titles and/or storefront and get you comfortable with all the features in your package. 

We would hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime.

We only ask that you share why you decided to leave and give us an opportunity to enhance your experience. We believe if you have an issue, others likely face similar challenges. Your feedback may inspire improvements for everyone. 

BevyWorld's primary objective is to facilitate an environment where authors can take ownership of their brand, proactively promote their titles, and engage with readers.

However, we may enter into a wholesale retail agreement on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, authors must have distribution rights to their titles. 

We recognize print and fulfillment is another challenge in the wonderful world of publishing. We have two solutions:

1. Our membership package for industry partners includes print and fulfillment companies. BevyWorld does not vet these companies, so you'll have to use your best judgment when choosing providers.
   
2. If we enter into a mutual, wholesale retail agreement, BevyWorld will purchase a trial number of your books and handle the print and fulfillment. You will not receive additional income from these sales because your were compensated through the retail agreement. 

In most cases, here's how it works: 

1. A guest purchases your book, product, or service
2. BevyWorld holds their payment
3. You will receive instant notification of the order, and you are responsible for shipping the order within three days
4. Within three days, you must submit the tracking number to BevyWorld and the customer
5. Once the tracking number is received, BevyWorld will process your funds for release during the next quarterly payout cycle. Funds will be deposited to your chosen account.
   

Note: If you miss the 3-day window, we will refund the customer and their order will be canceled. If you miss 3-consecutive 3-day windows, we will contact you about discontining your BevyWorld membership.

BevyWorld does not accept erotica and works that we believe provoke hate.
We believe storytelling can make the world a better place and have the right to decline works that we believe do not approach complex topics from a place of growth. 

Great question! Please think of this from the book lovers' experience.

Let's say a guest is browsing BevyWorld and finds your book, along with books by three different authors. If each book redirects to four different places, our guest has to complete four transactions.

Your customer is the book lover. We need to create an experience that makes them raving fans. 

We realize we can't be everything to everyone. Below are situations where BevyWorld may not be a good fit for you.

• You do not have distribution rights. Please speak with your publisher or distribution agent about a retail agreement or introduce them to our Publisher's Package. 
• You rely on third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment services. If you have distribution rights to your title and upon mutual agreement, BevyWorld may purchase a trial number of your books at wholesale and manage fulfillment. You will be responsible for print costs and shipping to BevyWorld's fulfillment center. Note: You will not receive additional income from these sales because you were compensated through the retail agreement.
• You're not ready to proactively engage with readers. Although most authors will benefit just by having their titles listed, BevyWorld is designed for authors who want to take ownership of their writing careers.
• You write erotica or tell stories that we believe provoke hate. If you are an author who writes erotica as well as other genres, we are happy to consider your other works.

BevyWorld was developed by a small, start-up publishing house.

We are new to the space and have a fresh perspective on what's working well in our industry and how we'd like to inspire change. We believe we do not exist without storytellers, so we if we are going to succeed, we have to help them succeed.
